What Integral Ad Science does
Integral Ad Science (IAS) is DoubleVerify's main rival in ad verification. It measures whether ads were viewable, brand-safe and delivered to real people, and offers pre-bid tools to avoid bad inventory, including on social platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
It went public in 2021 and was acquired by Canadian private-equity firm Novacap for about $1.9 billion, completing in December 2025, after which its shares were delisted from Nasdaq.
How it makes money
Per-thousand-impression fees from advertisers for measurement and pre-bid filtering, plus publisher-side products.
Where it meets invalid traffic
Detects and filters SIVT including bots, domain spoofing and CTV fraud, with MRC accreditation for key metrics.
