Substack Introduces Sponsored Formats Allowing Brands to Fund Paywalled Content
· 2h ago · Originally reported by PPC Land
Substack is launching new options for brands to sponsor access to paywalled posts, including funding a month of paid access for free readers or sponsoring individual paid posts. Kantar surveys will be available for larger campaigns, but pricing and launch dates are not yet announced.
Why it matters
This move gives brands new ways to reach Substack's engaged audiences and offers publishers alternative monetization beyond subscriptions.
Explain it like I’m new here
