Microsoft Clarity integrates Shopify and WooCommerce product catalogs into Bing and Copilot
· 1h ago · Originally reported by PPC Land
Microsoft Clarity is rolling out an integration that lets Shopify and WooCommerce merchants push their product catalogs into Microsoft Merchant Center, making listings eligible to appear in Bing and Copilot shopping experiences. The report notes the terms require catalog submission on acceptance, and that agent tracking currently covers Google, OpenAI and Anthropic.
Why it matters
This extends Microsoft's push into AI-assisted shopping, giving smaller merchants a free-form path into Bing and Copilot surfaces. It also signals how storefront data feeds are becoming a battleground as AI agents start mediating product discovery.
Explain it like I’m new here
Microsoft built a bridge that lets online shops automatically drop their product list onto Bing and its AI assistant, like sending your store's inventory to a new mall kiosk.
