Meta's Muse agent gains ad account access and 15 business tool integrations
· 1h ago · Originally reported by PPC Land
Meta is rolling out access to its Muse AI agent for small businesses in the US and Canada, letting it connect to ad accounts, Shopify and QuickBooks across 15 business tools. The agent can act on these connected systems, though no ad spending happens without human sign-off.
Why it matters
AI assistants are shifting from offering advice to actually operating live ad accounts. For small firms without dedicated media teams, this could automate campaign management — but it also raises questions about how much control advertisers delegate to an agent.
Explain it like I’m new here
